A breathwork session with Dr. Milan Hosta where he teaches you about the depths of self, breathing, and mindfulness. 

Walking back to your hotel room from the session, you feel calm and refreshed. 

Sand is slipping through your fingers while waves are hitting your legs. 

You get some rest in your room or go on a private excursion to explore the hidden beauty of Mentawai. 

In the meantime, the hotel restaurant is preparing a nutritious lunch so you can fuel your body and truly immerse yourself in this experience. 

In the afternoon, it’s time for your free diving session with Tadej Černoš. 

Where you get to explore the depths of what Mentawai has to offer. 

Watching the underwater life in complete calmness with fishes swimming around you. 

You come back to the shore and have some free time to explore the island and self-reflect. 

To truly rebirth yourself into the person you want to become. 

The evenings are reserved for group discussions, relaxation practices, and getting to know each other over dinner.
